Hi, I'm Ada.
I'm fascinated by design in our daily lives, and believe a creative outlook plays a vital role in life! As a designer I design for a more equitable and sustainable world. My work sits at the intersection of product design and systems thinking; I care about how the pieces fit together, not just how they look.
I am also drawn to the world of social ventures, and have spent time pursuing my own business ideas within social entrepreneurship – you can ask me more about my projects in person!
When not designing, you can find me in the gym, hiking on a mountain, wandering around with my camera, out on a run, planning my next trip, creating digital illustrations, or coaching my dragonboat team.

Embrace Creativity
I think creativity is one of the most human things about us. It's what lets us look at something ordinary and see it differently. Outside of work, that shows up for me in a few ways: I draw in my spare time (you can check out some of my designs on my Etsy store!), and I love bringing my camera along to catch the small, easy-to-miss moments of beauty in everyday life.

I try to learn from everyday experiences (there's always more to know than I currently do)! At the same time, I like pushing myself past what's comfortable, whether that's a new skill, a new project, past a physical limit, or tackling a harder problem than the one before it. I also want to share what I've learned along the way to help others reach their own goals. I value conversations about growth and values, and I care about helping people get to where they want to go.

Do the right thing
Doing the right thing isn't always the easiest option, but I'd rather take the harder route than look away. I try to make choices I can stand behind, and I want to be someone people can count on, especially when it's the harder thing to do.
