As the sole UX/UI Designer, I drove the design vision and strategy on all 3 of HeadCheck's products on both web and mobile platforms. I steered new initiatives, developed a design system, and created a new customer dashboard resulting in positive customer feedback.
I designed a system in close collaboration with hospital staff at St. Paul's Hospital, allowing hospitals and clinics to manage and send educational materials to patients.
At HeadCheck Health, one of my tasks I tackled as part of redesigning the entire HeadCheck Health system was creating internal design processes between myself, the product team, and all other departments.
This was a platform created to address the Resilient City Strategy of the City of Vancouver.
